Kim Moats, President

Kim Repp-Moats was initially drawn to Cowboy Dressage because of the mission statement that talks of being kind to your horse and fellow man. She pursued this passion and organized the first Cowboy Dressage club in Canada, and became a Level 3 Clinician and Recommended Judge. A highlight was when she and her partner Hondo competed at the 2015 Cowboy Dressage World Finals in California bringing home the Amateur High Point buckle. She enjoys sharing the Cowboy Dressage vision and lifestyle with others both internationally and at home.

Jan Manz, Vice President

Hi, I’m Jan Manz and live on a working grain and cattle ranch at Davidson, SK. I joined Cowboy Dressage in 2012 and have been involved with the club since then. I am Vice President of our Saskatchewan Cowboy Dressage and also an Ambassador for the CDWPA. I’ve ridden all my life but have learned and accomplished many things since my journey with Cowboy Dressage.

Jody Busch, North Saskatchewan Director

Jody Busch got hooked on Cowboy Dressage after seeing a demo at the Mane Event. She has ridden multiple horses in the discipline and became a level 2 clinician. She attended and rode in the World Gathering in 2017 and is diligently working on collecting division pins in the SK Cowboy Dressage awards program. Jody has been on the executive of the club and volunteer throughout the years.

Deanne McMillan, Secretary

Deanne McMillan is currently serving as a SCD Director, and has taken on the role of Secretary/Treasurer. Deanne has found Cowboy Dressage to be a place where both she and her horse Noah, can have good fun and fellowship while gaining skills and improving both riding and communication. Deanne also has two sons, a supportive hubby and works in field of Human Resources.

Crystal Neudorf, Manitoba Director

Crystal comes to us from Manitoba. Where her and her husband Dave grain farm. Crystal owns and operates a small boarding facility and a Bed and Bale for travelers.

She grew up knowing where all the horses lived but it wasn’t until she was 15 that she got her first horse Tastey. Over the last 20 years she has spent her horse time hosting and participating in clinics of various disciplines. Natural horsemanship, Dressage, cow working and others.
Working towards one of her Mentors famous sayings…never ending self improvement.

It only took a few “rounds” on the court for her to know she was HOME. All her past clinics with her Mentors had come full circle and she knew this was what she had been preparing for. A place where soft feel is recognized and rewarded.

Crystal and her horse Cooper compete and attend any Cowboy Dressage Clinic they can attend; going the distance to educate herself to achieve her next goal. Clinician. She is a active member of the Saskatchewan Cowboy Dressage Club and a CDWPA Ambassador for Manitoba. She hopes to see you in a “Court” soon : )

Wanda Metz, Awards Director

I have been a member of Saskatchewan Cowboy Dressage since the first year it was established. I have found Cowboy Dressage an ideal way to enjoy my horse, and riding. Our family became horse owners only a few years ago, and this has been a great way to meet like minded horse people. I am always excited to see this club reach out and grow, and also to plan activities/events to encourage each other in our horsemanship. I also manage the clubs Awards Program and invite people to ask me any questions you may have.
